Hiding the system tray during design time (Windows Phone 81)

I’ve blogged before the system tray and how to hide it during runtime, as it’s not managed via XAML anymore. While doing some wire framing for a client (I do it in Blend and then record animations as GIFs so they can see UX flow and animations) I just couldn’t figure out how to hide the system tray during design time for my screen shots- and I didn’t want to run the emulator for each mock page.

Must have been a brain fart on my side, you can simply turn it off in the device panel in Visual Studio or Blend, as shown below.
